In order to apply online for CSS CE 2026 Written Exam All MPT Qualified candidates must login using same credentials used during MPT
Online Fee Payment: FPSC has introduced Online Fee Payment facility through which a unique PSID number will be generated. By using this PSID payment can be made through ATMs, Mobile/Internet Banking Apps or (over-the-counter) by visiting nearest 1Link 1Bill participating Bank Branches.
To avoid any difficulty, candidates are advised to apply at the earliest without waitng for closing date.

It is frequently observed that candidates do not comply with the requirements as prescribed in CSS Rules 2019. Non-Compliance of the same may since lead to rejection of candidature at any stage, candidates are advised to go through these Rules carefully.
